Blacklisting inventories not working.

My config:

And this what i see (there should be Dispensers instead of Lootr chests)

This issue related to #183, but since its other config option, i made new isuue.

Yes. Players of E2E-E still have some chests and dispensers converted and some not.

I'm honestly not sure about this issue then, I'm afraid. I'll leave this issue open for now; @embeddedt did you have any thoughts on this now?

Just found that when generating, some Pirate Ships generated fine and some not

I found that its also depends on a chunk. Sometimes same ship converted in one chunk, but didnt in other

Is this a fresh world or the same world from before?

Fresh one. This chunks wasn't generated before.
