1.20.1, End city Quark Purpur chests not instanced

Latest 1.20.1 version with quark installed. End cities generate with quark chests without instancing.
Do you have Quark's Lootr integration enabled?
How do you do that? I do not see anything in the configs?
This may be an issue with Quark: VazkiiMods/Quark#5136
