Metadata doesn't work using CT standard "mod:item:metadata" format

mods.ltt.LootTable.removeGlobalItem("ic2:ingot:2"); does not remove IC2's copper ingot (which is ic2:ingot with metadata of 2).

Unfortunately this mod is not being supported anymore.
