"Fire Mind" trinket does not set hoglins on fire

Hoglins are not set on fire even though they are not immune to fire damage. Spawn them in a lava lake and they die.
Steps to reproduce:
-Go in the Nether.
-Find or spawn some hoglins.
-Unlock and equip "Fire Mind"
-Switch to survival mode
-The hoglins are NOT set on fire
