Permanently locked out of world after teleporting deep into the void while having warm void equipped

I was using the warm void trinket to protect me from falling into the void and as a quick return from end cities, and when I got lost during a nether mining trip I thought I might try to return via the void. Using Psi mod I teleported myself roughly 140~ blocks down and the game crashed, and now it crashes upon rejoining the game. Is there any way to remove the trinket externally, by the way?
