Describe the bug

No recipe for the fertile soil to plant seeds

Steps To Reproduce

1. Looked on creative mode not there
2. Looked on the wiki for thr recipe and nothing is crafting

...

Expected behavior

Put the right things in the crafting table according to the wiki but nothing is showing up and cannot find it in creative either
