Describe the bug

Peanut crop doesn't drop Peanuts when fully mature.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Plant a peanut crop
2. Bonemeal until its fully grown
3. Break the peanut crop.
4. It only drops peanut seeds.

Expected behavior

When you break fully mature Peanut Crop it will drop both a Peanut and Peanut Seeds.
