How to hide Prefix from /list ?

/list isn't a LuckPerms commands.
LP just provides prefix data to whatever plugin that asks for it, it doesn't actually add prefixes to any commands, messages, scoreboards, nicknames, whatever.
You need to speak to the author of the plugin providing the /list command on your server - I'd guess probably Essentials?
