Luck perm seems to be erroring on loadup when attempting to connect to the DB. Running the latest Version from Jenkins on the latest recommended of Sponge 1.10.2

Most likely a firewall rule blocking the connection, or you have the wrong IP address / port.

Yeah I have already followed those steps on both machines

Just tested it on a database that has all ports and all connection IP's available. I can connect to it using other plugins perfectly fine.

Still saying it gives me the connection timed out after 5000 ms

LuckPerms uses the same 3rd party MySQL driver as all other plugins, so we can conclude that the issue is not related to or caused by LuckPerms.
