I don't really think that should be separate, cause related to same place

1. Typing: /lp (group|user) {name} permission list
   list are not in the suggestions list

2. Typing: /lp user {user} ....
   {user} cannot be autocompleted as online player name, only suggestion present.

3. Typing: /lp user permission set sometag.*
   * looks in suggestions as error, wildcard permissions shows as error args

This is fixed in the upstream library used for brigadier arguments - just waiting on Central propagation so I can push a LP fix.
