I was told this was a LP issue from
NucleusPowered/Nucleus#1271 (comment)

I also did check that the permission was checked before-hand in-case a perm had to be checked before it could be tabbed as suggested by the previous issue.

If it's not showing up, it simply means that it's not being registered with LuckPerms via a Sponge PermissionDescription. Assuming this is the case, it's most definitely a Nucleus issue. :)
