Make track argument optional for promote and demote, assume default (if only 1)

/lp user <user> promote [track]
/lp user <user> demote [track]

on both of these track should be optional and assume "default" which is particularly useful if only one track is configured. :)

Almost exactly 1 year later (sorry!!) but this is now added. :)
