Alright, so I put it in bungeecord, and then it works, but when i try to get the rank using LuckPerms API or Vault, it doesn't work.

Vault is only used on spigot servers.
So when you use LuckPerms on BungeeCord only you need to use a bungee plugin that uses the LuckPerms api.
