Getting "[LP] A database error occurred whilst loading permissions data."

It is common, but this one is a little different from what it appears as I have tried for the past two days in the discord with tons of help and a few possible fixes which ended up breaking again in the end.

So the issue is that Luckperms cannot find the DB named luckperms and is having connection issues though all of my other plugins are connecting perfectly fine, I have attempted many fixes (See Below) and none have worked, my setup is as follows:

4 Servers:
S1: Website/Database Server
S2: Proxy/Hub Server
S3: Survival Server
S4: Factions Server

The Database is hosted via WAMP through MySQL Locally from my own machine, it is working fine from what I know of and nothing seems wrong with it.

Recap of when it started
The issue completely started when I got reports about 2 days ago that the server was down, I had checked it and it wasn't working due to a DB connection issue which was weird as they had been working for almost 2-3 months with no issues. I then checked the DB Server and it appeared WAMP had crashed or maybe the Server reset/updated but the logs show no proof of a shutdown or startup, nor even a crash from WAMP so I just reset the network and servers and nothing changed and now here I am.

Here are some logs from all of the different servers and the configs and an error from a player joining:

  • Survival LP Log: Same as Hub.
  • Survival LP Config: Same as Hub/Proxy.

FACTIONS INFO

  • Factions LP Log: Same as Hub.
  • Factions LP Config:Same as Hub/Proxy.

What I have tried:

  • Everything on the issues section for storage errors.
  • I have tried resetting the config and redoing everything.
  • I have tried reinstalling the plugin.
  • I have tried resetting the DB Password and permissions and everything with it.
  • I have made a new DB named 'luckperms2' which was empty and it couldn't detect it either.
  • I have tried disabling Firewalls which disabled my other plugins from accessing the DB
  • I have tried switching from MySQL to MariaDB which didn't work until the firewall was off for almost 10 hours then broke once again.
  • Currently attempting to reinstall Wamp and try again.

I have changed a bunch of different things and so many possible fixes thanks to the discord community, if you have anything please tell me, my server is decently populated on a norm and has been down for 2 days, I am kind of desperate at this point as my players are talking about finding new servers.

I could totally be missing something, so if it seems wrong don't be afraid to call me out. I really just need this fixed.

Fixed it with reinstalling Wamp and re-importing my whole DB and reinstalling all of my LP Plugins. Wow.
