Improve LP import & export commands

[23:23:18] <vorburger> Luck: 1. it could support an absolute path (currently it seem so just append arg to config/luckperms, so /lp import /where/I/keep/sources/luckperms.cmds didn't work (but I can use a relative path)

Also, adding to that:
It would be good to add some documentation lines in the export output, to detail which section is being exported, and also for users, perhaps add usernames as comments, in addition to UUIDs.
