I got all the servers downgraded back to LuckPerms-Bukkit-4.4.27-#916 When I updated to build 918 and 919 and they both have this error

it's doing it on build 916, my guess it has something to do with Minecraft 1.14.4

Got the errors to go away from deleting all the lib folders on each server
