User "clear" command doesn't re-load the user into the cache

When I perform the "/lp user %player% clear" command the user will act as no data was loaded (no permissions or meta).

Might be fixed in 5eb8a26

Please could you test using 5.0.23 or newer and let me know if the issue is still present.
