java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread

Hey, for the past few weeks my servers have been timing out and not working due to 'java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread'.

There is a log below of the error on my bungee server. If anyone could help that would be great!
