Description

The plugin is great, and recommended for any server to manipulate the permissions and ranges of either a server only or a network, what I would like to implement is that you can configure an option where you can enable or disable the sending of information to make a change in the network and if you have connected luckperms in a database, makes this message is much more extended and is a huge spam if you have many servers connected to the db, is the message:

[LuckPerms] [Messaging] Sending log with id: X ID
[LuckPerms] [Messaging] Sending user ping for X Player with id: X ID

as it is VERY annoying if you have too many servers and changes are made..., and if you have many players running actions it can be a huge spam in the console, either from bungeecord server or spigot if you use LuckPerms bungee also

Proposed Behaviour

that in an option in the config.yml it is possible to deactivate the option that is already activated by default and it is VERY annoying because it fills the consoles with spam.
