Luckperms Fails and MC Server then fails to start

Description
As stated in the title, when the MC server gets to the LuckPerms load, it fails and then doesn't start.
Reproduction Steps
Attempt to run LuckPerms mod on Fabric Server.
Expected Behaviour
LuckPerms load and server to continue to boot.
