the problem with the priority of groups

Description
The player has 2 groups:
- default (weight=1)
- king (weight=3)
the default group has the right:
bending.ability.earthgrab = false
The king group has the right:
bending.ability.earthgrab = true
as a result, the player does not have the right to earthgrab, although this right is in the group with a higher priority.

everything is described above
Expected Behaviour
the plugin will use the group right, with the highest priority
