LuckPerms (v5.4.141) AbandonedConnectionCleanupThread using a lot of CPU and causing degraded performance

Reproduction Steps

SQL database on local machine connected to 4 other servers

Expected Behaviour

high CPU usage and degraded performance on velocity proxy

Server Details

velocity-3.3.0-434

LuckPerms Version

LuckPerms-Velocity-5.4.141

Logs and Configs

maximum-pool-size: 10
maximum-lifetime: 900000  # 15 minutes
keepalive-time: 300000  # 5 minutes
connection-timeout: 5000 # 5 seconds

I have changed these settings however the issue is still persists with default settings and with other settings that I have tried
