New LuckPerms implementation

Hello everyone! I'm here to ask if it's possible to add a LuckPerms implementation for https://gate.minekube.com/ a brand new proxy much which is using less resources than Velocity.

The only problem is that Gate is written in Go

I'll leave this open in case Luck has different thoughts, but the fact that it's written in Go means this is most likely a non-starter - LP is written in Java.

unless there is some way to interop with java, there is no way for a LuckPerms implementation to be made unless it is a complete rewrite, which would be hard to maintain
