I am using today's multichat+luckperms+vault 1.6.1
and all my prefixes are invisible, sometimes randomly after maybe some restarts they might show up but if I restart again or add/remove a prefix from a group they break again...

You need to ask MultiChat for support.

I don't use it personally, and can't really help you.
