When we want to open a permission management window with LuckPerms, a player is automatically kick for X reason.
We don’t know why this is happening or how it’s happening, that’s why I’m ticking here.
I hope that my request will be supported quickly, this has a direct impact on the quality of our server and our seriousness...

These kind of issues are usually a result of plugins which access permission data experiencing an issue when updating a player's display info. Are you able to reproduce this issue with only LP installed, no other plugins?

No, because the problem occurred overnight, it happens when we apply a new permission, or when we open a management window.

The fact that the issue seemingly appeared as a result of no changes does not automatically mean that LP is at fault.

If you can reproduce this issue on a server with only LP installed (no other plugins/mods) and provide reproduction steps, we can investigate further.

This is going to be complicated as we don’t know how the problem manifests itself.
Do you have any leads on the problem? Has it already appeared on other servers to your knowledge?

The few times I've observed this issue, it has always been caused by another plugin. By performing the troubleshooting step of removing all other plugins/mods and attempting to reproduce, you can determine whether the problem is LP, or one of your other plugins.
