hello i have an issue with the Luckperm plugin

Description
Hello, I am using Luckperms 1.21.1 version. I keep recieving an error during my minecraft server open. it says "An internal error occurred in your connection" and kicks you from the server. and its not just for one player but also it effects others too. and at the attacth i send you can see the error i get in the velocity cmd.
and we thank you for caring and interesting with us.
Reproduction Steps
1- fixing "An internal error occurred in your connection" error.
2- we would really appreciate if we can find what causing the problem in order to avoid the error in the future if it happens again.
Expected Behaviour
i would expect from luckperms team to solve my problem.

Hmm...
- Make sure that all plugins are updated to the latest.
- Make sure that LuckPerms is set up correctly to not conflict with GeySer.
Try to set allow-invalid-usernames to true.
