Description

With version 5.4.156, after a certain connection time, a meta with the player's highest prefix is added to this data with a world context and a higher weight (see screen).
This meta is added without logging.

Reproduction Steps

1 . Version 5.4.156
2 . Have grade configured with a prefix including minimessage tags (works with default grade)
3 . Wait after connection
4 . execute the command /lp user meta info and find the meta (screen 2)

Expected Behaviour

No meta added to the player as in version 5.4.146

After your message, we followed your instructions, and the issue did not occur. However, when we reactivated the plugins one by one, the bug did not appear either.

We decided to wait and observe, and later in the afternoon, one of my team members experienced the bug. So, we set up a debug server (clean) with only essential plugins like LuckPerms, TAB-Bridge, and ItemsAdder, but we still couldn't reproduce the issue.

When the bug occurs on the dev server, there are literally no logs or errors.

At this point, we won’t focus on it too much and will stick to a stable version on our side, which, as mentioned, is 5.4.146.

The bug occurs unpredictably, making it difficult to pinpoint.

As this is not reproducible at present, I will close this. When you can provide the full log and reproduction instructions, please open a new issue with those details. Thanks!
