Reproduction Steps

Install NeoForge server for 1.21.1, NeoForge version 21.1.142 from NeoForge website

Download recommended NeoForge LP version from luckperms website and add to mods folder

Run server

Expected Behaviour

Crash

Looks like the same error as #4042

that version of LP is for 1.21.5. look on modrinth for the version of lp for the version of minecraft you are using

Did you even try to recreate this before closing? I tried your suggestions and it crashed again, this time on player login. Which happens in the issue I already referenced #4042

I used LP V5.4.140-neoforge which is the build on Modrinth tagged as compatible with 1.21.1, as you suggested I use.
