Fix Custom Messages add color message, fix prefix plugin

Proposed Behaviour

Why did you decide to hardcode message colors into the plugin for translations and not include an option to change the plugin's suffix through translations? This makes customization of the plugin more complicated since there's no way in 'custom' settings to adjust colors or modify the prefix. Please fix this issue.

because localization files are for that: localization. customizing the messages to say what you want them to say isnt the purpose of localization files. also since normal players shouldnt ever be seeing LP messages in the first place, you shouldnt need to customize the prefix to match the rest of your server
