Description

When I type "/lp editor", a blue URI appears.

Normally, I should be able to click on it, but when I click on it, the website doesn't open. (The syntax for tellraw seems to have changed since 1.21.5.)

Could you please fix this?

Reproduction Steps

Install LuckPerm on PurPur1.21.5 and launch it.
If you type "/lp editor" and click on the blue URL that appears, the web will not be called.

Expected Behaviour

When you type "/lp editor" and click the blue URL that appears, the web will be called.
