Paper will be removing PlayerLoginEvent

Reproduction Steps
Use Paper 1.21.7 and LuckPerms. Login as a player and look at the log file.
Expected Behaviour
No nags from Paper.

PlayerLoginEvent is deprecated in the 1.21.7 API, read the announcement linked in the original post from Paper about why. Until then, any server running Paper 1.21.7 and the latest version of LuckPerms will get the nag "[HorriblePlayerLoginEventHack] You have plugins listening to the PlayerLoginEvent, this will cause re-configuration APIs to be unavailable: [LuckPerms]"
