Description
When I install Luckperms to my Neoforge server with some other mods like "create" I can't join the world.
Reproduction Steps
- LuckPerms-NeoForge-5.4.140
- The mod "create" (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/create)
Expected Behaviour
That I can join the server without errors

v5.4.140

Extra Details
I know that the same issue was reported in #4112 but the steps mentioned in #3693 didn't help and were completely wrong in this case because there was no "backup" database file and also no database upgrade required.
It was a fresh server with no Luckperms install before.
Also #3699 is the same error as in #3693 but not the same error that happened here too.
By the way LuckPerms-NeoForge-5.4.139 also doesn't work with the create mod. But it is another error.
