I have installed EssentialsXChat and Vault. And the prefix still not working :/

There is not enough information. Is Essentials(X) properly configured? Are Vault, LuckPerms or EssentialsX starting up/configured properly? Paste of your server log/configurations?

Just telling "still not working" does not help anyone.
