Adding a second argument for directly set a groupwheight on /lp creategroup

Like: /lp creategroup <new group> <wheight>

What's the benefit?

Seems a bit unnecessary to add an extra argument, just for the sake of saving one extra command execution.

It seems logical that the creategroup command should do just that, and nothing more.
