This error keeps showing up, i did everything i could, i'm running the server on 1.12.2 bukkit.
Can someone help me out?

I had a similar bug to this, turned out it was SkinsRestorer somehow bugging out and causing this. Also this sometimes happens when you quickly reconnect (happened to me once or twice whilst on a mysql database).
But like @spannerman79 said, logs or it never happened.

@spannerman79 Here are the logs. debug-login is enabled. I cannot post the whole log file because the server logged for 24 hours. I am personally unable to replicate, it happens randomly.

On the other hand we are running version "4.0.47" so an upgrade maybe fixes it? It feels like we upgraded just recently tho. 😕
