after the migration to MySQL LuckPerms don`t start.

I tried to remove the hikari library and updating it. Even tried 3 builds of LuckPerms (First: 4.0.87, Second: 4.0.88 and last: 4.0.80).

Can you please help me?

Do you have any other plugins on your server which package a version of the Hikari library?

In the console log I saw that LogBlock tries to connect to database and use hikari too. But I dont know which version of hikari.

I use the latest build of LogBlock and according to github it uses hakari 2.7.4. The same version as LuckPerms use.

Will hopefully be fixed by: 19e6d4e

It's an experimental change, but in my testing it seems to work as intended.

@Phoenix616 Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I recall you saying you were also having issues with this system - hopefully the above change will resolve that too.
