Can i replace with some command - suffix or prefix without /lp removeprefix\suffix (just with set or add)?

No, it has to be done in two stages - there's no 'set' command as such.

However, you can remove all prefixes/suffixes with a given weight (by just excluding the value) or clear all prefixes for a user - if that makes things any easier.
