This is one of the bungee plugins we use, and recently we've been getting random players crashing out of the server. Every time it happens, we get the following error:

We've reported this to bungee, however it has been rejected as it looks like one of our bungee plugins is sending empty packets. Can you please look into this and see if this plugin would be causing issues for us.
