There seems to be a caching issue with permissions. I tested with another player for a few hours today granting and removing permissions from default user using GP. Randomly it would stop working as if LP was just returning cache and not checking what actually existed in storage. The only way to fix it was to restart the server completely. I am not sure if the issue is only with default user, it may be related to all cache.
