[Feature Request] Vanilla parity/small changes and bugfixes

Some small changes that make Lucky Blocks consistent with vanilla in some aspects. Some of these might also be useful for map making and such.
- Piglins should be able to pick up Lucky Blocks (and possibly other lucky items) like they do with other gold items.
- The Lucky Bow is not recognizable as a bow by mobs that use bows, such as skeletons and illusioners. Skeletons use it as a melee weapon and Illusioners don't attack at all while holding it.
- The Lucky Sword and Lucky Bow random events should trigger when a mob uses the item. Currently they only trigger when the item is used by the player. This could also be a custom gamerule that is disabled by default
- If you hit an Enderman with the Lucky Bow and it triggers the event where cobwebs spawn around the Enderman. the Enderman usually teleports away, but the cobwebs spawn to the new location of the Enderman after it teleports, instead of the original location. Lucky bows are generally buggy with Endermen, sometimes damaging them and sometimes not etc.
- Tipped arrows do not get consumed when used with a Lucky Bow with the Infinity enchantment, this is in contrast to the vanilla bow which consumes tipped arrows even with the Infinity enchantment.
