Axe textures are missing from Simple Ores & Simple Ores: Fusion on 1.10.2 (and probably the Netherracks add-on, but I haven't tested).

The relevant axes are Mythril, Onyx (Simple Ores), and Thyrium and Sinisite (Fusion). Adamantium is present, it just has a different color than the Simple Ores Adamanatium Axe.

Edit: I actually managed to figure out how to make and add the missing axes, but I don't know how to get them to you. I don't know how to make pull requests.

And for some reason the Kaishi Weapons Mod puts some axes in as well with no textures.
I also noticed that not all the axes could be crafted.
