[Suggestion]: For ghasts spawning during a blood moon, add a check to see if they can even fit in a spot before converting a creeper to such

Suggestion Description

Some modded structures have creepers in them, and this results in stuff like ghasts getting stuck in those structures. Some kind of space requirement to convert might be a good idea.

Another check would be to make sure it isn't trying to spawn in water.
