Issue Description

Neruina-1.3.0-forge+1.18.2-1.20.1.jar

Thanks to the Neruina mod, I found a drop in TPS when the spawn entity gets stuck in blocks. Neruina removes the ticking essence. Therefore, this is 100% confirmation that the gasts are spawned incorrectly. Overworld is not intended for gasts, so it is logical that they are not generated correctly. They start screaming and I thought it was the effect of the moon, but it turned out to be a broken spawn that also breaks the TPS.
