Rawinput isn't working for me after a game restart, unless I toggle if off and then back on again.
I tested this in a prism launcher instance with no mods except for lwjgl3ify and it's dependencies.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn rawinput on (using in-game menu)
2. Works for now
3. Restart game
4. Rawinput is no longer working
5. Turn rawinput off and exit config menu (doesn't work if I toggle i twice without exiting the menu in between)
6. Go back into config and turn rawinput on again
7. Rawinput is once again working
