With RotaryCraft v33a Canola Plants no longer count as normal Crops, or at least don't behave like them, which stops machines from harvesting them.
I tested a few mods (EnderIO, Minefactory, RotaryCraft, ChromatiCraft) and they all don't recognize it as a crop anymore.

Going back to a java 8 setup fixes the issue.
