Issue description

Due to https://github.com/Snownee/Lychee/blob/1.21-neoforge/src/main/java/snownee/lychee/mixin/recipes/itemexploding/ExplosionMixin.java#L43 mixin, whenever a player either a) steps on a bullet pepper or b) tried to destroy a powdery cane plant that is fully grown, the game crashes. I have confirmed that this happens on a minimal instance. However when on an minimal instance it only happened the second time I tried standing on a bullet pepper; the first time worked normally. In my modpack instance it happens the first time, every time.
