Issue description

Attempting to load a bare-bones modpack (Lychee 6.0.6, Kiwi 15.3.1) leads to a mod initialisation error, as it cannot find Fabric's ParticleFactoryRegistry. Can't find anywhere else where Fabric classes were to have been accidentally left imported
