Lumberjack not working properly/at all.

Forge Version: 43.2.4
Details
I have the key set to C as per the default. There are no conflicts.
When I hold it whilst mining Nothing happens. Using a regular diamond axe on a regular oak tree.
I have tried setting this to other keys but lumberjack still does not work.
