Paralysis still spawning in loot chests despite being disabled

As the title says, I've disabled it, yet it still spawns in.

This applies to all enchants since loot tables do not seem to check isAllowedOnBooks or other methods

You would have to introduce an EventHandler for LootTableLoadEvent and remove all disabled ones
(Maybe there is a better way dunno)
