Macaw's BOP stalling on load if missing any Macaw's mods

Using Macaw's BOP 1.21.1-1.2 and AddonsLib 1.21.1-1.7 with Macaw's Doors, Fences, Lights, Paintings, Trapdoors, and Windows.
Because I'm missing some of the Macaw's mods, whenever I start the game it stalls for multiple minutes and gives thousands of errors related to missing blockstates for the mods I'm missing. This is the log, but installing a mod to fix the log spam doesn't fix the underlying issue of the game checking for a ton of blocks that aren't installed.
I saw the advice in the docs to create a resource pack to load the missing models, but there were no instructions given on how to do that, so I have no idea where to find the models or package them correctly in a pack.
I reproduce your modpack, and I have no crash, I'm going to publish AddonsLib Fabric 1.21.1-1.8 with new Log filter system, the ressource pack will no longer be useful #45
